I am sure this is never happened to you. You step on the scale, sigh and decide its time for a diet. Most of us that have dealt with diet plans, understand that not every one works. Exercise is also recommended along with diet, but what? Have you ever started a routine, jogging three or four times a week, only to see no results at all in over a month? With an obesity epidemic in the US (see the presentation attached) its plain to see that there is no easy answer. With that said I may have found an “easier” solution that is also the cheapest I have ever found. With a mix of diet, set forth by a nutritionalist and a work out routine customized by a personal coach.
